Center for the Arts Eagle Rock is proud to announce a new Spring 2016 launch for the Eagle Rock Music Festival. In response to our community’s appreciation for a more intimate, neighborhood-focused experience, we are working with our festival partner, Los Angeles Councilmember José Huizar, to re-launch next Spring with new “Locals” stages, a spotlight Northeast Los Angeles culinary talents and a call for local artists to display their artwork along the festival route.
We are actively bringing the festival back to its local roots by showcasing the best Northeast Los Angeles has to offer musically, artistically and culinary. This spring launch gives us an opportunity for present a fresh take on ERMF and work collaboratively with the artists, residents and business owners who make up our unique neighborhoods. The best is yet to come.
Eagle Rock Music Festival has always attracted an eclectic range of musical acts. Notable performers who have shared their talents with the community include Aloe Blacc, Flying Lotus, Maya Jupiter, Quetzal, Mia Doi Todd, Gas Lamp Killer, Buyepongo, Edward Sharp and The Magnetic Zeroes, Rooney, Triple Chicken Foot, Taylor McFerrin, Thundercat, Peanut Butter Wolf, Myron and E. and Vinyl Williams and the Eagle Rock High Latin Jazz Band, to name a few.
